GroupGames101 is an Australia-based games and entertainment website with a steady pipeline of writers producing blog content. The website owner needed a reliable operations partner, someone who could take finished articles and turn them into fully published, SEO-optimised, visually polished posts, consistently and at scale.
Over 3.5 years, we published 554 articles to GroupGames101. As a result, every article went through a structured publishing process including formatting, heading hierarchy, category assignment, tagging, and scheduling. Consequently, this ensured consistency across the entire content library.
We managed the full content workflow between the writing team and the live website. In doing so, we acted as the operational layer that kept the pipeline moving. As a result, the owner did not need to be involved in the day-to-day detail.
The owner needed someone who could own this entire process end to end, without hand-holding, without gaps, and without dropping the standard.
Over 3.5 years, we published 554 articles to GroupGames101. Every article went through a structured publishing process including formatting, heading hierarchy, category assignment, tagging, and scheduling, ensuring consistency across the entire content library.
We managed the full content workflow between the writing team and the live website, acting as the operational layer that kept the pipeline moving without the owner needing to be involved in the day-to-day detail.
Every single article published on the site was SEO-optimised before going live. This included:
Therefore, with 554 articles individually optimised, the cumulative SEO effect on the site was significant. As a result, we built a strong, well-structured content base that search engines could index and rank effectively.
Every article on GroupGames101 needed a custom visual to match. Therefore, we designed all 554 blog banners, one for every article published. In addition, we maintained a consistent visual style across the entire site throughout the engagement.
In addition, we created approximately 300 game specification graphics that were structured visual cards displaying game details in a clean, branded format. These added genuine value to readers and gave the content a professional, polished look that set the site apart from competitors.
In total, over 850 custom graphic assets were created for this client across the engagement.
Pinterest was the primary social media channel for GroupGames101, and we managed it throughout the engagement. Starting from a modest base, we grew the account systematically by creating and publishing pins, managing boards, optimising pin descriptions for search, and driving consistent referral traffic back to the website.
The results speak for themselves.
Referral traffic from Pinterest to the website grew from 1,237 clicks per month to 13,370 which is nearly 11 times the starting volume, within two years of consistent, structured management.
The website’s content library grew from a standing start to 554 fully published, SEO-optimised articles and each with a custom banner, internal links, and complete on-page SEO. The owner was able to step back from day-to-day content operations entirely, with full confidence that the site was being managed to a consistent standard.
Three things drove the results on this project:
Growing a content-driven website is not about one great month, it is about doing the right things repeatedly, without gaps, for long enough that the results compound. Three and a half years of consistent publishing, optimisation, and Pinterest management built something that a short-term campaign never could.
Each article was not just uploaded, it was optimised, visually supported, and linked into the broader content structure. This attention to detail at scale is what turns a content library into a traffic asset.
Rather than managing one narrow task, we took ownership of the entire content operation, from raw article to live, optimised, visually complete post. This freed the client to focus on the business while the content engine ran reliably in the background.
If you are producing content but struggling to publish consistently, optimise it properly, or build the social presence to drive traffic as this is exactly what we do.
At Surgingtec, we manage content operations for SMEs and growing brands across India, UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and beyond. We handle the process so you can focus on your business.
